- A personagem Jade foi oferecida a Lindsay Lohan, que recusou o papel por acreditar que o filme fracassaria nas bilheterias. Posteriormente a atriz admitiu que se arrependeu da decisão;

- Este é o 1º de dois filmes em que o diretor Todd Phillips e o ator Zach Galigianakis trabalharam juntos. O posterior foi Um Parto de Viagem (2010);

- Este é o 2º de três filmes em que Bradley Cooper e Justin Bartha atuam juntos. Os demais foram Armações do Amor (2006) e Nova York, Eu Te Amo (2009);

- Durante as filmagens em Las Vegas um dos Mercedes disponíveis foi roubado do local onde ficavam guardados os carros usados. No dia seguinte foram rodadas cenas na cidade, com a polícia fechando algumas ruas para sua realização. Um dos integrantes da equipe reconheceu o carro roubado entre os que estavam parados, alertando a polícia. O motorista foi preso e o carro, recuperado;

Sinopse

Doug Billings (Justin Bartha) está prestes a se casar. Stu Price (Ed Helms), um dentista que planeja pedir a namorada em casamento, Phil Wenneck (Bradley Cooper), um professor colegial entediado com o matrimônio, e Alan Garner (Zach Galifianakis), seu futuro cunhado, são seus melhores amigos. O trio organiza uma festa de despedida de solteiro para Doug, levando-o para Las Vegas. Lá eles alugam uma suíte e têm uma noite de grande badalação. Na manhã seguinte os três acordam sem ter a menor idéia do que aconteceu na noite anterior. Eles sabem apenas que Stu perdeu um dente, há um tigre no banheiro, um bebê no closet e Doug simplesmente desapareceu. Para descobrir o que ocorreu, eles tentam juntar as memórias e reconstituir os eventos do dia anterior.
